Cosmo limped over and undid the straps on Tails chair. "Tails." She said in a sweet voice. Tails opened his eyes and his face lit up with joy. "I knew you could save me." Tails happily hugged her causing her pain due to her injury's. "Easy there. I'm not feeling to well." Tails looked at her injury's. "Your hurt..." he said. "Yeah I had a long night." She said. Tails kissed her. The rain had stopped and the clouds had parted, reviling billions of butifule stars in the night sky. "I'll get you to a hospitable to get patched up. It's the least I can do." He said. Cosmo smiled. "Thanks. She said. Tails gently picked her up and flew torwed the city.
The next day in the hospitule, Cosmo was waiting to be picked by Tails after a large amout of pain killers and stitchs had been applied. Tails showed up, stiched up as well thanks to the abuses Marick had put him through the night before. "Ready to head home?" He asked. Cosmo got up and gigguled. "Please, escort me." With that, Tails took her hand and they walked out the door down the street. As they walked, Tails tummy suddinly growled. "It's lunch time." He said. Cosmo put her hands around him. "Why don't we wait till we get home?" She said. Tails nuzzled her with his muzzule. "Okay. It's not an emergency." With that, they resumed there walk home.
